Puerto Princesa City Tour

City Tour Sightseeing Puerto Princesa Palawan

The City of PUERTO PRINCESA, the seat of government and the capital of Palawan, is the gateway to some of the best tourist destinations at the westernmost area in the Philippines – Coron, El Nido and Port Barton to its north and the Balabac group of islands to its south. But there is no reason to travel far as this first-class municipality also owns a string of top-notch tourist spots at its bustling city proper or even at its nearby beautiful islets. Although an urbanized city, Puerto Princesa occupies a solid landmass of verdant forest, high mountain areas, and scenic coastlines. It is also situated off the typhoon belt and away from any geological fault line making it an ideal tourist spot all year round. Ultimately, Puerto Princesa is a fountain of beautiful scenery, an out-in-the-open gift of nature that tirelessly keeps on giving. On this tour, you will visit Palawan Rescue and Wildlife Centre, Bakers Hill, Mitra Ranch, Baywalk, Plaza Cuartel, Immaculate Conception Cathedral Church with a quick stop off at tiange-tiange (souvenir shopping). Visit Puerto Princesa's Palawan Rescue and Wildlife Centre (formerly known as the Crocodile Farm), which is part of a repopulation program. Mitra's Ranch is a sprawling property with a log cabin and a beautiful veranda, giving you much room to explore, relax, and take in the sights across Honda Bay. Baker’s Hill is a treat for all sweet-toothed people, with sweets, baked goods, and delicious bread, all available to buy. There is a shaded area with places to sit and eat, with cafes and cantina's, whilst children can enjoy many of the display and play areas featured. This is a half-day tour Morning 8:00AM to 12:00PM Afternoon 1:00PM to 5:00PM

A parish was initially erected here, followed by the current structure built in 1961, almost a century later.
